Ryan Wewerka
Ryan Wewerka specializes in STNL & multifamily assets. Ryan is a problem solver who has spent his career advising C-Suite executives on business best practices & helping real estate investors maximize their portfolios through acquisitions & dispositions. In his personal life, Ryan enjoys exploring and seeking out new experiences of all varieties; a passion which manifested from living in multiple cities around the world, including Seattle, San Diego, Phoenix, Atlanta, Chicago, Granada (Spain), and Hong Kong. Ryan graduated from the University of Washington in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Wesley Staples
An accomplished Senior Executive with over 10 years of success in the real estate and private equity industries, Wesley Staples has been involved in sourcing and underwriting acquisitions, investment sales, equity placement, development, and partnerships focusing on office, retail, multifamily, and industrial properties nationwide.
Prior to joining InCommercial Property Group, Wesley has held leadership positions with Ten-X (a CoStar Company), Divergent Capital, Harris Bay Development, Palmer Capital, and Basin Street Properties. Wesley has participated in more than $3 Billion in transactions throughout the United States working on single-tenant and multi-tenant properties.
Wesley led the acquisition of commercial and multifamily properties valued at nearly $120 million from contract negotiation through the close of escrow and originated, structured, and negotiated acquisition financing transactions totaling approximately $176 million of construction debt, mezzanine financing, preferred equity, and joint venture partnerships.
Wesley has a B.S. – Finance, International Business, and Risk Management degree from California State University, Sacramento. He is a Licensed Salesperson in California (CA License #02010850), and is an International Council of Shopping Centers, Affiliate Member.
Michael Mintz
Michael graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in the Spring of 2013. His first job out upon graduation was with a boutique commercial real estate firm, Interstate Realty, focusing on retail leasing and investment sales. Michael then switched firms to Millennium Properties R/E based in downtown Chicago where he had previously worked as a summer intern while home from college.
While at Millennium, Michael completed over 250 lease transactions with particular success in the popular and quickly growing Pilsen and Andersonville neighborhoods. In addition to leasing, Michael was also active in dispositions of value-add apartment/mixed-use buildings as well as investment properties such as a 38 unit multifamily property, a fully rented apartment building with restaurant tenant on a 10 year NNN lease as well as a single tenant Walmart property during his 6 years at Millennium.
During his first 2 years at Millennium, Michael obtained his M.B.A. with concentration of Real Estate Finance from DePaul University and graduated with distinction. He received the Douglas and Cynthia Crocker merit-based scholarship and currently serves as a mentor to both graduate and undergraduate students.
When out of the office, Michael serves as Vice President of the Harold Eisenberg Foundation Associate Board and is the youngest member of the Standard Club Board of Directors. He enjoys playing basketball and attending live concerts.
Amanda Lobes
Amanda Lobes is Vice President, Retail Properties at InCommercial. Amanda has been able to shift her fashion degree from Tennessee Tech University to the commercial real estate world at InCommercial Property Group. She started her career with InCommercial as Property Manager and has since grown with the company and is now part of the Retail Properties Team. She has an effective combination of Southern charm and Northern tenacity when working with tenants and developers.
Jon Hegwood
Jon Hegwood joined InCommercial Property Group with nearly a decade of commercial real estate brokerage experience. Jon brings a cross-discipline approach with expertise in sourcing, funding, developing, and managing real estate projects, both as a principal and fiduciary.
With a track record that includes beginning his career at one of the nation’s leading commercial real estate advisory firms, as well as founding and running his own real estate investment management company, Jon is uniquely qualified in sourcing and structuring real estate deals across both individual and portfolio transactions with an aggregate transactional volume of nearly $200 million with approximately $55 million of diversified assets invested and/or under management.
A proud Hawkeye, Jon attended the University of Iowa where he majored in Economics and Political Science and helped found and serve as President for the Tippie College of Business’ Real Estate Club. Jon currently holds his real estate license in Illinois, is a CCIM-candidate, and has been an active member of ICSC, YREP, and NAIOP.
Michael Woldman
Michael has over 23+ years of experience, andl has leased over 750,000 SF of small to mid-box tenant retail space. He has brokered over $61 Million in land acquisitions for retail and residential developers. Michael has also leased and managed over 520,000 SF of retail and industrial space in northern Illinois. With a specialty in leasing small to mid-box retail, Michael is an industry veteran in tenant representation, lease negotiations, redevelopment, and property management.
His professional achievements include being a CoStar Power Broker Award recipient in 2008, 2012 and 2014; Element Commercial Broker of the year award 2010-2014; and a CCIM candidate. Michael is a member of ICSC and CRBA (Chicagoland Restaurant Brokers Association).
Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and twin boys, golfing, playing hockey and coaching his son’s hockey teams in his spare time when not out looking for more opportunities for his clients.
