Marc Barber is Managing Broker for InCommercial’s California office. Working in real estate for over 15 years, Marc has been involved in a wide variety of investment sales, equity placement, marketing, and underwriting assignments.
Prior to joining InCommercial Property Group, Marc worked with Stan Johnson Company focusing on net lease investment sales and Palmer Capital, Inc. focusing on retail, office, and industrial investment sales transactions. Marc has participated in over $2 Billion in transactions in 26 states working on single-tenant to very multi-tenanted properties including ground leases, sale leasebacks, and forward commitments. As a licensed General Appraiser, Marc was engaged in valuations of office, retail, industrial, and apartment properties with a cumulative value over $500 Million.
Marc has a B.S. – Real Estate Entrepreneurship degree from University of Southern California. He is a Licensed Broker in CA (CA License #01814064), WA, ID, NV, SD and is an International Council of Shopping Centers, Affiliate Member.
