Derek Elkins

Derek Elkins is the Financial Analyst for investments at InCommercial Property Group. Prior to joining InCommercial, Derek specialized in acquiring USPS-leased properties. He transacted on post offices in over seven states, including single sites and portfolios on behalf of private investors. In addition to acquisitions, Derek’s background includes investment analytics, marketing analytics, sales, and econometrics. Derek graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Economics.
