Michael Woldman

Michael has over 23+ years of experience, andl has leased over 750,000 SF of small to mid-box tenant retail space. He has brokered over $61 Million in land acquisitions for retail and residential developers. Michael has also leased and managed over 520,000 SF of retail and industrial space in northern Illinois. With a specialty in leasing small to mid-box retail, Michael is an industry veteran in tenant representation, lease negotiations, redevelopment, and property management.

His professional achievements include being a CoStar Power Broker Award recipient in 2008, 2012 and 2014; Element Commercial Broker of the year award 2010-2014; and a CCIM candidate. Michael is a member of ICSC and CRBA (Chicagoland Restaurant Brokers Association).

Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and twin boys, golfing, playing hockey and coaching his son’s hockey teams in his spare time when not out looking for more opportunities for his clients.

Claudia Sapir

Claudia Sapir is the Senior Transaction Coordinator at InCommercial Property Group. She is responsible for coordinating all aspects of property due diligence, document control and closing activities. Claudia completed her law studies in Colombia, her country of origin.

Dayna Rutter

Dayna Rutter is the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist for InCommercial Property Group. With over 15 years of experience in administrative, customer service, and accounting support roles, Dayna is detail driven and communication focused on the maintenance and streamlining of the AP and AR processes.

Dan Mercer Jr.

Dan Mercer Jr. is the Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at InCommercial Property Group. Dan is responsible for the capital-raising efforts for InCommercial’s investment products such as DSTs and Private Real Estate offerings through the Independent Broker-Dealer and RIA channels.

Before joining InCommercial Dan began his career working in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Real Estate Development representing several national retail tenants in the Pacific Northwest as well as developing over 2.5 million square feet of retail and office space. After 10 years as a developer, Dan pivoted to capital markets, spending 13 years with KBS, Caddis Capital Investments, and most recently Kingsbarn. Over his tenure, Dan has worked to both develop and raise capital for investment offerings in Retail, Office, Debt, Private Equity, Manufactured Housing, Managed Duration, Mortgage-Backed Securities, and Asset Based Lending & Securitization.

Dan currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ, and is an Arizona native where he spends as much time as possible with his two children, Corde (16) and Piper (14). He attended the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ, and is an avid golfer who can easily shoot his age by the first 4 holes of any outing.

Nicole Majkowicz

Nicole Majkowicz is a Property Manager at InCommercial Property Group. Prior to working at InCommercial, Nicole worked for Dry Goods as a District Manager overseeing Wisconsin, Iowa, and Illinois. She has over 10 years of experience in customer service, management, staff development, and operations. One of Nicole’s favorite things to do is spoil her pup, Max! In her free time, you can find her reading a thriller or out on the golf course.
